Privacy Policy
Short version: we see your wallet address and your IP address, we set one session cookie, and a handful of infrastructure providers process that data on our behalf. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.

01What we collect
| Data | When | Why | Kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wallet public key | You sign in (Sign-In-With-Solana message) or send a transaction | Identify you as the owner of a launchpad or coin; attribute fees | For as long as your launchpad or coin exists |
| Signed sign-in message and nonce | You sign in | Prove you control the wallet; prevent replay | Nonce: minutes. Signature: not stored |
| Session cookie (lp_session) | After sign-in | Keep you signed in for 7 days | 7 days or until sign-out |
| IP address and user agent | Every request | Rate limiting, abuse prevention, error logs | Logs: up to 30 days |
| Launchpad and coin content | You create a launchpad or coin | Display the pages you publish | Public; permanent on IPFS and on-chain |
| On-chain activity | Always public | Show stats (fees, buybacks, volume) indexed from the Solana blockchain | Indefinitely; it is public data |
02On-chain data is public
Your wallet address, every transaction you sign, the coins you create, the fees you receive and the metadata you publish are written to the Solana blockchain and to IPFS. That data is public, replicated worldwide, and cannot be deleted by us or by anyone. Think before you link a wallet to a name.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number or payment details. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising pixels.
04Processors
We use these providers to run the Service. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
| Provider | What they process | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Request logs incl. IP address, user agent, URL; the pages we serve | Hosting and edge network |
| Neon (or an equivalent Postgres host) | Launchpad and coin records, wallet addresses | Database |
| Pinata | Images and metadata JSON you upload | IPFS pinning so pump.fun can show your coin |
| Helius (or another Solana RPC provider) | Transactions you send, accounts we read, your IP via our server | Reading the chain, sending transactions, priority fee estimates |
| Google Fonts | Font files are self-hosted at build time; no request goes to Google from your browser | Typography |
These providers may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
05Wallets and pump.fun
Your wallet extension (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and others) is a separate product with its own privacy policy; it may contact its own servers when simulating or sending transactions. The same is true of pump.fun and Solscan when you follow a link there.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to processing. You can sign out at any time to remove the session cookie. You can ask us to delete off-chain records associated with your wallet (your launchpad’s page content, logs); we cannot delete anything that is on-chain or already pinned to IPFS by you, and we may keep what we need for legal reasons or abuse prevention.
Requests: use the contact details below. We will respond within 30 days.
